Hi Mark firstly are you in America? I ask because I think any beneficial payment for your health is vital and to be honest make it your priority.. I live in the UK, but had I lived in a country where their is no NHS it would of cost more than I can afford for my treatment of Breast Cancer! If you think that one in three people deveelop cancer then you would pay half your wages to the health insurances available around the world to keep a loved one alive?
I just think to myself that in the UK we are not really given the full treatment that would benefit a patient with cancer? I felt very let down with my treatment especially when Kylie Minogue had the full blasting of Chemo etc. I ended costing the NHS much more than they expected because the minute amount of cancwe they believed it was ended up with me having 4 operations and they were left with no other choice but to remove my breast. Then a yr later I had to have the second one removed. So although its sounds as though Im going on about my cancer, I tell you so that you can understand that any amount of rise is nothing to the loss of life of a loved one because you can afford it? If you cant afford it have a real good look around. I cant place a life before money and would rather go without other things? If your paying any health bill monthly you are entitled to full benefits. However you must tell them if you have any health problems that started before you paid preiums as they may be not covered, in which case go to the insurance company of the illness you had and take the money out with them. Its not as expensive as you think?
Best Wishes
Jane
