What are the initial changes Americans will experience in the new Health Care bill?

No one knows for sure except the lawyers and financial planners who wrote the bill I imagine.

There are some changes scheduled for this year and some every year after until 2018 that I am aware of
This year, adult children under 26 may get on their parents insurance plan, with conditions; some seniors will receive a refund for their prescription costs; small business tax credits for hiring or more insurance; children under 18 with pre-existing medical conditions must not be refused insurance coverage; people cannot be dropped from coverage due to their illness; seniors on Medicare can have free preventive consultations, no out of pocket cost.
